Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide! Shipping is free on orders above €50 in ROMANIA. Shipping on international orders will be calculated at checkout.

How long does it take to ship my order?

For ROMANIA the estimated shipping is 1-2 business days. For INTERNATIONAL orders shipping time is 3-5 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link that will lead you directly to the order tracker. If you can’t find your shipping confirmation, please double check your spam and promotions folders.

RETURNS:

At ESSE, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes, a return may be necessary. In this page, we will explain our return policy in detail, including any exceptions and restrictions.

    Exceptions for Underwear:

    Due to our strict hygiene policy, we are unable to accept returns for underwear. We believe that this policy is necessary to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and ensure the well-being of our customers.

    Returns for Bra:

    However, we do accept returns for unworn bras in their original condition. If a bra doesn't fit or meet your expectations, contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving your order. Email contact@essewear.com with your order number and reason for return. Upon processing, you'll receive a refund notification.

    To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following criteria:

    • The item(s) must be received in new condition, unused, unworn and unwashed.
    • The item(s) must be in their original packaging. 
    • The item(s) must not be a sale item.

    The return shipping label fee is part of the return process, and it falls within the customer's responsibility to cover this expense.
